Vajra Guru Mantra

February 25, 2011 by

That is the Vajra Guru Mantra. There are various meanings to it when said a different number of times. Further explanation can be found here

In a Sanskrit context, the meanings are thus, ( I shall not claim that these meanings are final, they merely correspond to my personal understanding of the various terms)
Om (pranava) means “Will be” or “yes” and verily, it be the first sound in the Universe, the sound that started up the Chaos, and of Life.
Ah: An interjection without a meaning in the English language, but without it the meaning of the entire mantra would be lost.
Hung:may have come about from ‘hum’ which roughly corresponds to ‘am’ in English, or according to some scholars, is an interjection without a meaning.
Vajra: Thunderbolt and it can mean many things related to sharpness, power and clarity
Guru: Dispeller of darkness; usually refers to Guru Padma Sambhava, the originator of Mahayana Buddhism and Tantra
Pema: Lotus. Padma means Lotus as well. Initially, I thought it was Prema (spiritual love) but usually it would be explicitly mentioned.
Siddhi: Accomplishment,Success and a myriad of other important meanings.
Hung: may have come about from ‘hum’ which roughly corresponds to ‘am’ in English, or according to some scholars, is an interjection without a meaning.

I hope One can gain much from reciting this mantra numerous times, as it is a good method to sharpen our focus in completing our daily tasks.

Weird Day, Coincidence Much?

#nowplaying — SHINee – Lucifer.

Just nice. Lol. Happy Chap Goh Mei!

Caleb messaged me when I was getting my haircut, am I wearing headphones. Feeling weird (I only realised that sms after an hour), he replied saying he thought he saw my Doppelgänger, a thinner version in fact.

Then, I bathe, and rushed to Bandar Tasek Selatan to get to gooni3.

Out of nowhere when I was exchanging LRT to Sri Petaling line, I forgot and went on the Ampang coach instead. So I was reading my book halfway till Caleb call me and said “Look right”. SHIT.

It was him. LOL. Damn coincidence man, he was with his gf. He explained that the doppel earlier looked like me, using Phillips headphones (I have a pair), and have a similar watch as mine. So I was like o-O lol. Chatted a bit then when the coach stopped at Chan Sow Lin, it came to my senses I was heading to the wrong side, at least almost. So I said farewell and jumped off the train right away.

Then off to BTS, and the rest is history.

There are a few pointers that make this encounter very interesting. Here’s why:

  1. I was at the verge of giving up to go to Taman Bahagia. Tired like mad.
  2. Just got my haircut, then lazy lah.
  3. When I decided to go, gooni3 ask me go BTS instead.
  4. When I exchange, I went up the wrong train.
  5. When I was reading ‘Outliers’ halfway, Caleb called my phone.

If either one of the 5 conditions are not fulfilled, being on the same coach with Caleb and gf will be impossible.

Life is all about taking chances and having chances, this is definitely a good example of the latter!

I guess somehow it shows that what I had put forth stands, and I need to work my way through it.

I hereby vouch for myself that I will be as awesome as I used to be in University days, minus the Foundation days emo-ness, and probably the current skillsets that I have, with courting skills aside *they suck, BADLY*.

Ommmm *meditates*

February 17, 2011 by

Which reminds me, it’s been a god damn long while since I last meditated. Work’s good. Life’s good so far.
Though I’d been emo-ing last night. I guess it’s the hormones. Lethargic, CNY, and also not enough rest (been running around a lot lately). But anyway guess it’s just periodical storm. Lol. Here’s a gif I made. My first gif! XD

Heh =P Yoona and Taengoo.

I want a girlfriend, I need a girlfriend, I can’t have a girlfriend, and I won’t have a girlfriend.

Sat in an Audi TT recently, dayumnnn man that babe is hawt. Sexy roar.

Went for first karaoke, was ok. =D

How can I keep my cool during my Year 1/2 days… really man. I still chuckle when I look back.

Guess the older you grow the easier you hit a brickwall eh.

Happy Chinese New Year again before it ends.

Yours truly, eXPeri3nc3.

A Visit to Tai Tee Glass Factory in Kampar

December 27, 2010 by

First of all, Merry Xmas to all! This is how I spent the weekend before heading back to KL after Xmas.

Thanks to my dad, I managed to get a chance to have a peek into one of SSG (Singapore Safety Glass – the company my dad is working for) biggest clients in Malaysia, located near to Mambang Diawan in Kampar. It’s just a few hundred meters further than the General Hospital.

Without further ado: (don’t expect much though)

HITB 2010 Malaysia

October 15, 2010 by

Was presented with the opportunity to go to HITB Sec Conference this time around. =D Paid by the firm heh.

Anyhow it was a good experience, and prior to Open Source Conference back then in 08/09 I had a rough idea on how is it gonna be. Previous experience helped a lot.

Interesting feats include the CTF which have VN, KR, JP teams competing as well as Malaysian teams (from APIIT). Met Hehehunter, KLKS, and Joshuatly there too.

Bought  a lockpick set that cost about RM110. T____T But I hope it’ll be useful for me. Can practice if I’m back in my hometown with my own locks. It’s quite interesting and fun when you can do it lol.

I really wanna go for DEFCON in US man. Haha. Met quite a few pentesters there too.

Alright this shall conclude my post for the time being if I remember anything else worthy of mentioning I’ll edit this.

Pics should come soon after I get it from Darren.

oasis6 PWNED

September 7, 2010 by

Let me record the steps here so that I won’t forget in the near future. This is my second try after the first try where Ser Yoong logged into the wifi and let me used his MAC Address to spam ARP replay packets and manage to get the IVs flowing like water. This time managed to do it without any clients, and partly referred to, very useful.

  1. Airmon-ng the interface, turn on the monitor mode.
  2. Airodump-ng with the mon0 argument to get all the access points MAC and channel, choose one (WEP)
  3. Airodump-ng again with –channel and –bssid set
  4. Aireplay-ng –test (test injection)
  5. Aireplay-ng replay ARP, -5 using the -h fake associated hosts MAC
  6. Do fake authentication with Aireplay-ng
  7. Flowing incoming ivs
  8. ???
  9. Profit

This time it took 30k ivs to be able to crack the WEP password.
