Have You Ever…?

by

“Have you ever been hated or discriminated against? I have, I’ve been protested and demonstrated against. Picket signs for my wicked rhymes. Look at the times. Sick is the mind of the motha fuckin’ kid that’s behind” — Eminem – Cleaning Out My Closet

Have you ever think that one step you take is what you will endure and each step matters?
Have you not make a mistake in whatever you do, whatever you think, whatever you want, whatever you need, whatever you can think of?
Have you not regret over a decision, a methodology, a choice, a step, a move, an idea, in whatever situation or whenever you do or whatever you did?
Have you ever waste your time pondering over the steps you took, looking back at each and every detail only to find that you yourself took the initiative to do it, and that is your path, and you have to walk on?
Have you ever not think of whatever you do in life, whenever you look back, you can’t change anything, and when you look forward into the future, you can only imagine about what will or might happen?
Have you ever face the fact that “yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present”? [1]
Have you ever be so intimidated by yourself in whatever you do and whatever you think?
Have YOU ever come to a conclusion that “there are no accidents” [2] and things happen in life are the way it supposed to be, where YOU are the only one that can determine how to walk it on and no one else to blame but yourself if anything happens?

Now, take a moment to ponder, why are you <insert whatever problems you are facing here>?

1 million dollar question — Will you regret what you did & Why would you regret what you did?

Because we make mistakes. Yes we do.

Life is a total mistake. As the saying goes, “Failure is mother of success”. To me, it goes without saying, if everything’s “correct” and perfect in this world, then why are we here?

We life in a life of imperfection, and we have, homo sapiens are gifted in a way that we are able to think and communicate and have feelings, emotions to a state that we are unique in the each of us. Now to accept life is imperfect is perfect. Don’t you think so? Humans tend to seek for the ultimate perfection in life, achievements, status, you name it. As they say, nothing is impossible. Yes, it is, not only that, the meaning of the word “perfect” does not exist in this world. We have to accept for what we are, and for what we will.

Why do you life your life for? What is your ultimate goal in life?

Life is full of ups and downs. Life is two side of the coin. Toss it, and it will land on either the head, on the tail, or in the very middle. Yes, ‘there exist’ a probability that a coin will land in the middle, under certain circumstances. Now, tell me if it is impossible for it to happen. It will still happen, you just don’t know when. More of like the ‘shades of gray’ about what people use to explain the circles within the ‘yin and yang’ chart. There is no ultimate borderline between black and white. Life itself is shades of gray. There’s no ultimate answer to it. It’s all up to us to find out what we think it is the answer.

As they say, ‘What is the meaning of life?’ — 42

It’s from a book. Hitchhickers Guide to The Galaxy. I have never read the book unfortunately (me being one that is not fond of reading printed textbooks) and from what I heard, it is quite interesting.

Back to square one. We ask why. We seek for answers, bump around at the wrong corners, misjudgement, <insert here>. At the end of the day, we learn something. We will never stop learning until the day we die.

Then why are we <insert whatever problems you inserted as above>? Live life as it is. Move on. Stop blaming anyone including yourself. It’s part of life, and life is part of the learning progress mankind make. Advancement of technologies, tell me if it’s not knowledge based passing on whilst learning?

If not, you would be reading this. You won’t even know what is a blog, and what is a computer.

They say, there are 2 types of people on how they engage a conversation. The first one, the fool. They will spend hours and hours talking about a subject and at the end of the day, the messaged is not conveyed, and all he does is beating around the bush.

The second one, the better. 1 sentence is more than enough to convey direct to the point.

Which one would you prefer to be then?

All in all, you’re not the fool, and not the wiser. You are special. You need to find the reason out yourself.
