A Visit to Tai Tee Glass Factory in Kampar

First of all, Merry Xmas to all! This is how I spent the weekend before heading back to KL after Xmas.

Thanks to my dad, I managed to get a chance to have a peek into one of SSG (Singapore Safety Glass – the company my dad is working for) biggest clients in Malaysia, located near to Mambang Diawan in Kampar. It’s just a few hundred meters further than the General Hospital.

Just came back from KungYen’s room. Yeah, his room. Discussed APS questions and answers with him, and I am the one that went back late (as staying at TTS5) while Michael teh uncle and Bryan the genius called it a day already. Manage to figure out how to do the induction thingy, it was a flair for me and a talent for KungYen. Seriously, he’s a freaking pro in maths. Respect desu…

While I’m brushing my teeth (I am still doing it now lol), I remembered my days in National Service. Hmm. It’s been like… a few months already? That was fast. Indeed.

Speaking of which I just found out that pressing Ctrl + F11 during coldboot will let you enter a setup which resets your laptop back to manufacturing settings. I haven’t try that yet, will do. Seems cool, and it’s related to the EISA partition. I see… Now it’s clear.

But why Dell never tell me that? Have to bug them soon, tell them my wifi card is creating problems (sometimes). See what they reply.

Also, I can finish my assignments at my own pace without rushing to the comp lab only to find niggers hogging all over the place. The comp in the labs are crappy, due to the fact that IT Support isn’t maintaining them properly.

Never went for the Christmas Party, as I didn’t buy tickets. From afar, I shall assume that there’s no pretty girls there.

Right… Saved a few hundred bucks I guess?

Well, jump to the main point first. The forecast in Friendster’s Horoscope section is true… I gotta save my money, and I’ll find a way. Indeed. After seeing Hui Joo being so pumped up and read the online notes, me for one who is god damn lazy (just back from Dinner and shopping in Billion Supermarket) went up to wikipedia and read some stuffs. Apparently Turing Test and Chinese Room ain’t that easy as it sounds. Quite a lot of points need to be memorised. Darn, such as Lady Lovelace Objection, Mechanical Objection, etc. Gawd… @.@

And so I googled for my lecturer’s site, as I didn’t have the link for it (I register late, hence my absence from first class). Bang here bang there, poof, here it is. Read a few PPT slides, then notice the need of additional text book reference. Googled for a while, less than 3 minutes I found a copy of Ebook! I’m like WTF… LOL As last time I try to find something like it, but to no avail. This time it’s like… Wow. Indeed save a lot of money. If only the University Printers have that much paper for me to print *evil grin*

Right, so I did save some money didn’t I? 😉

Today’s agenda ain’t that unique. Still the same ol’ style. Woke up, stone there a while, took my bath, breakfast (Thank God my Tuna’s edible! LOL), and went to Uni. Stayed in teh comp lab for the whole day, besides lunch when Jeev had his with his beloved parents. =) Anyway downloaded Hitman Blood Money, and some random stuffs. 3Gig++ lawl xD VMWare Workstation… Have to test it on Jeev’s computer soon. =D

So nothing much, just spam in the forums, offer assistance, read some stuffs, Java (just a bit, can’t really understand the tutorial in Java’s Official site). I see Enigmatic playing NFS Carbon in his Inspiron 8800… My gosh. T_T

OMG still converting?! Well yea the ebook I downloaded was in *.djvu format, and I’m converting it to pdf. Thanks to Google it saved my time finding the solution. Love ya much Google~*! Muaks~*~*

Erm, I dunno…

Forgot what happened lately… Not to say completely forget, I just forget the particulars. Lol. All I know now that I have to start studying again, and NS life will be a part of my memory, and I’ll move on. It’s kinda sad a few days before (because of Sean), but now I got a better hold of myself. Thank god I went to Ipoh to help my pet-sis to fix her computer problems (Which is caused by the China version of SDO Online bundled with CNSMIN… I’m like WTF that crap again), and stayed overnight there (I never knew this would actually happen, usually my parents WON’T allow me to, it’s a freaking miracle!) and stuff happens… Was sad again (because of my *ahem* “it’s complicated” relationship a few years ago) but then everything turned out quite well. I can’t write what happened that night (16/9/07)in an unpassworded post =P

What will Flash Disinfector Do
